3 Year Limited Warranty
This warranty period begins on the date the unit was delivered from trusii to original purchaser/client.
trusii warrants its H2ProElite and H2EliteX units to be free from defects in design, materials and workmanship as follows.
trusii will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any parts thereof which prove defective under conditions of normal use.
100% of parts and labor are covered under this warranty except filter changes, unless the original filters are in fact defective.
This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable.
Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse (including tampering), and use of voltage other than that of product marked on the product's manual.
Upon troubleshooting, if it is found that the unit needs to be returned to trusii facilities for service, the following shipping details will apply:
For the first 30 days, trusii will pay for 100% of all product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit.
From days 31-60, trusii will pay for 50% of all product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit.
From day 61 until the warranty expires, the purchaser/client will be responsible for 100% of all product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit.
Any unit that needs to be returned to trusii facilities for service must be shipped in trusii approved shipping materials and packaging, which will be provided (with instructions) by our service team upon initial request for service. Any systems or parts shipped with any other shipping materials and/or packaging will not be accepted and will immediately void the existing warranty.
