Return / Refund Policy
trusii is committed to client satisfaction and offers a 30 day return policy.
If you are for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact the trusii Care Team immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org) to report the issue and you may be eligible to return the products for exchange or refund.
If you received damaged or defective product(s), please contact the trusii Client Care Team immediately. We can replace those products at no charge in lieu of a refund.
If you are unsatisfied with a specific product for any reason, please contact the trusii Client Care Team immediately as it may be exchanged for similar product, other items or shop credit.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). When contacting us, please have your order number available. If assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization, you will be provided with further details which include shipping instructions.
trusii reserves the right to decline a refund if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) was not issued prior to returning the product(s).
As a client you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please note the following:
The refund policy begins on the actual date of purchase, NOT the date of product delivery. This policy does not and will not change due to any delays due to back orders, shipping, logistics, equipment upgrades, manufacturing issues, or natural disasters, etc. that cannot or have not been foreseen or events that are beyond our control.
You may request a return for any products ordered within 30 days, opened or unopened.
You are required to return all opened and unopened containers, accessories, and materials as applicable, to be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping / costs will be borne and paid by client. Returned packages/items must be signed for and logged as proof of delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If product to be returned is a trusii water system, it must be shipped in trusii approved shipping materials and packaging, which will be provided (with instructions) by our client care team upon initial request for RMA. Any systems or parts shipped with any other shipping materials and/or packaging and/or without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), will not be accepted and will also void any existing warranty.
The following items are non-refundable, except as required by law: Shipping fees, administration fees, literature and sales aids, seasonal, discounted or promotional items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you with a status of your refund.
